1. Customers must have received written prior authorization from Saf-T-Pak Inc. before returning any product.
2. Saf-T-Pak Inc. will not accept for return any product that has been opened.
3. Saf-T-Pak Inc. will not accept for return, any product that has been damaged.
When the original shipment is received, it is the customer’s responsibility to make any claims
for any damages with the carrier who delivers the goods to their premises.
4. Returns authorization must be requested within thirty (30) days of the date of
the original shipment from the Saf-T-Pak Inc. warehouse.
5. An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued to the customer by the
shipping department. The RMA must be signed and returned by fax to Saf-T-Pak Inc. before
it is valid. Saf-T-Pak Inc.’s fax numbers are 888-814-7484 or 780-486-0235.
6. An exact quantity and description for the return must be received prior to issuing an RMA.
7. A twenty percent (20%) restocking charge will be issued and charged to the
customer on every return
8. All returns must be shipped, prepaid by the customer, back to the
originating warehouse (tracking number for the shipment and how the return will be
shipped is required by Saf-T-Pak Inc.).
9. Once the Saf-T-Pak Inc. warehouse has received the shipment, all packages received
will be verified to ensure that they are clear of all damages, and they meet the specifications
on the RMA. When that has been completed, the customer will be issued a credit for all goods
that have been received as described on the RMA.
10. The RMA is only valid for fifteen (15) days from the issue date.
Product must be returned and received by the warehouse within this time period or product will be refused.
