Activation Code Information


Already have an Activation Code and don't know where to begin?

Activation Codes are required for all three computer based versions of the Saf-T-Pak Division 6.2 Infectious Substance Training Programs. The three versions are:

  • DVD/Download Only Training
  • Internet Training
  • Internet Exam Only (always accompanied with a hard copy training manual)

Which activation code you have can help determine which version of the program you should be using. Activations codes always use the same format:

  • They are now 11 characters long
  • The first two numbers will be the calendar year the Activation Code is valid thru
  • The third character will be a letter (and the only letter), this letter designates which of the three versions you can access
  • The fourth character will be a number and it indicates how many users can use that code by default (add-on purchases can alter the amount of users that can use a code after a code has been created)

Examples of Activation Codes are:

  • 12C61234567 - DVD/Download Only Training Code
  • 12T11234567 - Internet Training Code
  • 12M11234567 - Internet Exam Only Code

DVD/Download Only Training - "C" Codes

C codes are used for both the DVD and Download Only versions of the Saf-T-Pak Training. For the DVD version, the Activation Code is usually found on the back of the DVD case. However, in some instances, C codes for the DVD version are emailed to the purchaser of the training program. For the Download Only version, the Activation Codes will be emailed to the purchaser by Saf-T-Pak.

For both DVD and Download Only versions of the Saf-T-Pak training, the C code is requested after the training program has been installed to the computer. The activation code will only need to be input once for either version. If you are trying to take the training on a computer that already has the program installed, please be sure to click the "New User" button at the bottom right of the User Screen to create the new user and profile.

Internet Training - "T" Codes

T codes are always emailed to the purchaser of the program. If you have a T code and need to begin your training Click Here to go to the Saf-T-Pak Online Training Portal. From the portal hover over the menu item "Start Training" then click the appropriate training year for your T activation code.

Internet Exam Only - "M" Codes

M codes are always emailed to the purchaser of the program. Once you have finished training using your Training Manual, Click Here to go to the Saf-T-Pak Online Training Portal. From the portal click the menu item "Reference Manual Exam", then type your activation code in the new window that appears.
