Help us serve you better by filling out our short customer survey below. As a token of our appreciation, the first fifteen customers to fully complete the survey each month will receive a 2 GB Saf-T-Pak flash drive absolutely FREE.

The first fifteen customers who complete the Customer Survey in full each month will receive a free Saf-T-Pak 2 GB Flash Drive. Upon verification of the completed survey, the Flash Drive will be sent to the person and address submitted approximately 1 week after the end of the month in which the survey was completed. Limit of one Flash Drive per customer per six (6) months. All information in the survey must be completed in order to qualify. Saf-T-Pak reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
