The first fifteen customers who complete the Customer Survey in full each month will receive a free $10 Starbucks® gift card. Upon verification of the completed survey, the gift card will be sent to the person and address submitted approximately 1 week after the end of the month in which the survey was completed. Limit of one gift card per customer per six (6) months. All information in the survey must be completed in order to qualify. Saf-T-Pak reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
